Espy Podcasting Studio

2019 tech in a 1870’s building

During the build for the newly renovated Esplanade hotel we were asked if it was possible to put a podcasting studio in the middle of a busy pub…

It wasn’t easy but its ready to go.

Input panels were prototyped using our 3d printers and a set of 12 vintage Hal Leonard headphones were collected over 6 months to give the whole install a vintage look.

We have a waves enabled protools suit for all editing and mix downs and have been providing ongoing training and support to the venue to get them across industry practices for mixing and mastering of their own files.

Emerson Balcony Upgrade

Ready for summer the Emerson’s iconic rooftop bar got some much needed love.

Using the brilliant Quest MX801’s and 601’s in a crispy white we brought the sound back to life with this quick overhaul.

Booka Shade (10 years at the Prince Bandroom)

For 10 years we have been working with Booka Shade and we will happily sign on for the next 10

Whenever these guys get announced the phones go nuts for guest spots and all the hands go up to work. We have looked after them at the prince for over a decade now and also snuck in a whirlwind Australian tour just for good measure.
We look forward to the new album and hope to have them back on our stage very soon.

APRIL 2017

As dedicated fans of the grape juice, Eventcraft were fortunate to spend an afternoon with the World's Best Sommeliers for an evening showcasing Australia's best wine held at St Kilda's Stokehouse.

Hosted by Wine Australia our challenge for the Welcome to Victoria Lunch was to fit seven roving radio microphones in the restaurant - always interesting!  Products used for the event included Sennheiser mics and Digico SD11.
