Village Belle Mirror Ring

A one of a kind mirror ring we designed for the Village Belle. With limited ceiling height but a request for a centre mirror ball we had this made to create movement within the space and also tie into architectural elements to retain continuity.

Projection has gathered a lot of momentum in recent years, with projector mapping becoming a huge effect around the world.

Locally, Melbourne has embraced the technology with White Night, drawing hundreds of thousands of people to the city each year.

We too became interested in the idea of projection when it was in its infancy. Being involved with different events and connecting with various networks has allowed us to work with the idea of projection in playful ways.

Custom Production Elements

With every installation and project we carry out, the greatest desire is to create something that sets it apart.

This means, that with every photo taken in the space, the still or video retains a production watermark that instantly identifies that unique space from any angle within the venue.

For instance, at the GreyHound Hotel in St Kilda, we chose to install a one-of-a-kind, custom-built six ring mirror ball measuring 2m in diameter (pictured above). Hard to miss that beauty!

Light Sculpture

Light sculpture is the next evolution.

Fortunately we have worked on some truly inspiring projects. Kit Webster's Novas (pictured above) is an example of this.
